La Leona Roadhouse & Country Lodge is located at the south of the Province of Santa Cruz, meters from the National Route Nº 40 and 110 Km north of the city El Calafate. Placed at the shore of the river La Leona, it´s a wonderful place to lodge or make a stop in the road and see the surprising interesting places that this area offers. For lodging in El Calafate we recommend Hostels del Glaciar.

Directions

From El Calafate, via Route 5 (that joins El Calafate with Rio Gallegos) 32 Km towards west up to the intersection with Route 40. There take the National Route Nº 40 and travel 78 Km towards north.

200 meters before arriving to the second bridge over the river La Leona and at the right side perfectly indicated is the entrance to the La Leona Roadhouse & Country Lodge.

From El Calafate International Airport, take the same road, but through Route 5 there are only 19 Kms. up to the intersection with National Route Nº 40.

From the North (El Chalten, Lago San Martin, ecc.) one arrives through Route 40 to the bridge that crosses the river La Leona and immediately after its crossing, at the left side is the entrance to the La Leona Roadhouse & Country Lodge and on the right side the entrance to the
Estancia La Estela.
